Fuel management for portable and trailer tanks
The tank
The tank goes to the machine. The record has to go too.
Trailer tanks and mini tankers exist because moving fuel beats moving plant. They also cross between crews, sites and sometimes companies in a single week, and a written sheet struggles to keep up. Fuellox HD on the trailer keeps the record with the tank: the pump runs once the operator scans the machine, and every delivery is logged against it.

A single axle poly trailer, a road registered steel trailer and a truck mounted mini tanker each move fuel their own way. What they deliver lands in the same record as the fuel drawn from your fixed tanks.

Every tank we list here takes HD, because a trailer works out on exposed sites. Where the tank works decides the unit.

No signal, still recorded
The crew can scan and fuel with no reception two hours out. The fill syncs once the phone finds signal, and sits next to the ones from the depot.

Sized to what it moves
A 25mm Flomec on a poly or steel trailer. A mini tanker moves more fuel, so we list a Veeder Root encoder for it.
- The plan
Fleet, or Enterprise for a tanker
We list Fleet for the trailers and Enterprise for the mini tanker, because it reports across clients and subcontractors. If your tanker only fuels your own gear, the plan follows how many tanks you run.
