The tank
The supplier keeps it full. Nobody counts what goes out.
A bunded poly tank sits in one spot for months, gets topped up by the fuel supplier, and serves whoever turns up with a jerry can or a machine. The bund is there to catch a spill. It does nothing for the record of what came out. Fuellox HD suits a tank that stays put with power nearby: it locks the pump until a machine is scanned and meters every fill through a 25mm Flomec. Add Fuellox Level and you'll see what's left before somebody runs it dry.
