Fuel management for canopy and store tanks
The tank
Locked up in its pump bay. No record of what left it.
Canopy and store tanks are a newer design, and a good one: a large tank with a sheltered, lockable pump bay at one end. The lock keeps the fuel in. It doesn't tell you where the fuel went. Fuellox HD sits in the pump bay and gives the tank a record by machine. The tank keeps its lock-up, the crew keeps the same pump and nozzle, and every litre carries a machine, an operator and a time.

Mixed tanks, mixed hardware
Canopy tank or store tank. Every litre on the one record.
A 30,000 litre canopy tank and a compact 10,000 litre store tank don't run the same meter. Whichever you have, and whatever sits beside it, the fills end up in the same dashboard.
- The unit
HD in either design
We list HD for both the canopy tank and the store tank. If your bay is laid out differently, the unit follows the bay.
- The system
Open the bay, scan, fuel
The crew opens the bay, scans the machine in the app and fuels as usual. Every canopy and store tank, on every site, reports to the one account.
- The meter
Flomec or K600, by tank
A 25mm Flomec on a canopy tank's line. A Piusi K600 in a store tank's pump bay. Different meters, feeding the same record.
- The plan
Fleet, for levels and alerts
Level sensing needs Fleet or Enterprise, since Care doesn't include tank monitoring. Beyond that, it's set by how many tanks and sites you run and who needs to see the numbers.
Your setup might look nothing like this.
Tell us what you run, and in 30 minutes we'll work out the setup that suits each tank. If that's less than the list above, we'll say so.
