Australia's #1 App-Driven FMS

Fuel Management Your Crew Will Actually Use.

  • See who fuelled what, when and where
  • Logs fills even when there's no reception
  • Fuel tax credit records ready for your accountant
  • Fits the pump or tank you already have

Getting Started

Fitted in a day. Used from day one.

Unlike a lot of fuel management systems, Fuellox doesn't need an accredited installer or a site network. The controller connects to your pump, and the crew runs it from their phones. When someone new starts, even for a week, they download the app, you assign them in the dashboard, and they can fuel up straight away. Every litre they pump is tracked to them.

  • Easy to install

Fit it yourself or get your local electrician to wire it up. Australian phone support, installation videos and documents in case you get stuck.

  • Easy to use

Scan the QR code on the machine, then pump. It's that simple. No PINs to remember, no tags or fobs to hand out and chase back.

The Fuellox Dashboard

Know what leaves the pump and where it goes.

Fills show up in the dashboard as they happen, or on the next sync if the crew's out of range, each one pinned to the map. Break it down by machine, operator, job or date, then export it with one click. You'll see which machines draw the most and which jobs the fuel is going to, month on month, without having to piece it together from dockets.

  • Reports & exports

The tax-time fuel summary, by month or quarter, split into on-road and off-road use.

  • Live tank levels

Add a level probe and see what's left in each tank without driving out, with an alert before one runs low.

Fuel Security

Would you know if fuel was going missing?

On a remote tank or a truck parked overnight, you might not, until the numbers stop adding up. Fuellox takes the guesswork out at the tank: the pump stays locked to anyone who isn't approved. Pair it with anti-syphon fittings from our partner Kockon and the fuel's looked after at both ends, at the tank and in the vehicle.

  • At the tank

No scan, no fuel. The pump only releases for an approved operator and a scanned machine.

  • On the vehicle

Anti-syphon fittings from our partner Kockon are built to stop a hose reaching the fuel through a vehicle's filler neck.

Built Around Real Sites

Every tank is different. The system isn't.

On a poly tank, a service truck, a water cart or a containerised tank, it's the same Fuellox system. What changes is the build around it: a compact unit on a portable tank, a weatherproof enclosure on an exposed site, a mains-powered install with an emergency stop on a fixed tank. Look up your tank to see its setup, or have a chat with our Australian team and we'll find the best fit for your operation.

See it on the setup you actually run.

Only 30 minutes to talk through how you manage fuel across your operation. We'll show you how it works, the app and what configuration fits. If it doesn't make sense for you, we'll tell you.

What operators ask before they buy

The questions that come up once the system makes sense, answered up front.

  • Return

When does it pay for itself?

Typically within the first year: fuel tax credits claimed on the record instead of the estimate, losses stopped, and jobs costed on real litres.

  • Cover

    What if something breaks?

Fuellox Care comes with your service plan. A faulty unit is repaired or replaced at no extra cost, and each yearly renewal extends its warranty by another 12 months.

  • Fit

Are we big enough for it?

Probably, if you use more than about 10,000 litres a year. Below that, the numbers don't usually stack up, and the Fuellox Logbook App may suit you better.

  • Your Systems

We already run telematics. Do we need this?

Telematics tracks the machine. Fuellox works alongside it, tracking the fuel going into the machine and controlling the pump that delivers it.

Industries

From Paddocks to Pits, and Everywhere Between

Built for Australian Conditions

Dust, heat, distance and patchy reception. Fuellox was built for the places fuel actually gets used, not just depots with a network connection. Pods, trailers and service trucks stay accounted for wherever the job takes them. One tank or fifty, family farm or national contractor, it's the same system solving the same problem. Fit it yourself as you grow, in the configuration you need.

Civil construction and earth moving equipment

Civil Construction Fuel Management Systems

Plant and machinery moving between sites, subbies drawing from the same tank, and fuel that has to land on the right job. Fuellox records every fill against the machine, the operator and the job, so site costs come off a record rather than a guess.

Farm & Agriculture Fuel Management Systems

Fuel drawn at all hours, often with nobody watching. Crews fuel themselves without a key or a login, and you still get the litres by machine, paddock and operator when it comes time to do the books.

Transport and fleet fuel management

Transport & Fleet Fuel Management Systems

Trucks fuelling at the depot, on the road and at yards you do not own. Every litre is captured against the vehicle and the driver, so the depot tank reconciles and the fuel tax claim has a record behind it.

Infrastructure fuel management

Infrastructure Fuel Management Systems

Fuel spread across multiple sites, contractors and cost centres on the one project. Every dispense point keeps the same record, so project reporting adds up without chasing dockets from each site.

Forestry fuel management

Forestry Fuel Management Systems

Coupes nobody visits daily, and tanks that have to run unattended between trips. Fuellox keeps recording while the site is empty, with tank levels and alerts so you know what is left before you drive out.

Mining and quarry fuel management

Mines & Quarries Fuel Management Systems

Bulk fuel moving through several dispense points, with heavy plant running around the clock. Every dispense is metered against the asset, so burn rates and rebate claims come off a record rather than an estimate.

FAQ’s

What Operators Ask Us

What is a fuel management system, and how is Fuellox different from other fuel management companies and apps?

A fuel management system tracks who took fuel, how much, and where it went. Most fuel management companies do this with a fob, a card or a fixed network. Fuellox is an app on a phone already in the crew's pocket, paired with a small controller on the pump, so it works in real time with no signal on site.

Does Fuellox work for fleet and mobile fuel management, across trucks, pods and machines?

Yes. Fuellox tracks fuel into any vehicle or machine, fixed site tanks, fuel pods on utes and trailers, service trucks and prime movers, on-road or off-road. Every fill is logged against the machine, the operator and the job, so you see fuel use across your whole fleet from one dashboard.

Does Fuellox cover fuel security, and hold up in Australian conditions?

Yes to both. The pump only releases for an approved operator and a scanned machine, and it pairs with anti-syphon fittings for security at both ends. It's also Australian made and AS/NZS certified, with more than 4000 operators using it already working through Australian heat, dust and remote reception gaps.

How does Fuellox help with fuel tax credit claims?

Fuellox separates on-road and off-road usage automatically based on the asset. Each dispense is stamped with GPS location, machine type and tax category, so your accountant gets clean, defensible data instead of rough estimates.

Will my crew actually use it?

Yes, because there's nothing new to learn. They scan the machine with the phone already in their pocket and pump, with no fob, no card, no PIN, and no login. That's the reason it sticks when logbooks and spreadsheets don't.
