Overview

For the past 20+ years there has been very little innovation in regard to Fuel Management of physical fuel tanks. Incumbent technology relies on FOB’s (or cards) to identify people and or equipment, a keypad to collect pin numbers, odometer etc. Essentially there is a category of products that do not offer any real choice, or differentiation to the typical fuel user.

Having spent many years working with heavy equipment and fuels, the developers of FUELLOX saw a major opportunity to disrupt a tired category of products. With recent project wins and taking on some of Australia’s largest construction jobs we’ve show FUELLOX has an edge that the market has been waiting for.

No Fobs Tags or cards to manage

You will quickly get sick of issuing Fobs or tags to people. Purchasing Fobs, programming Fobs, Loosing, breaking…. You get the picture!Fuellox does away with Fobs by utilising the common smartphone. Your Fuellox App identifies your users!Furthermore, to add a new user simply create a new user in the Fuellox Portal and your new user gets an SMS invitation immediately.When it comes to FOB’s each site needs to manage and allocate the FOBs to people, as a physical device needs to change hands. They also need tobe recovered as people leave the business. Dealing with subbies and contractors can be painful.

Not only does Fuellox make the Fobs redundant, you can now manage your users remotely from one central location. Fuellox users can be added to the system, logged in and operational in less than a minute!

A major downside of Fobs is they are often passed around, meaning you lose control over WHO is accountable for Fuel. Using the smartphone removes this issue.

Furthermore, FOB Based systems are only good at capturing data about the Plant or the User, rarely both. Fuellox has overcome this drawback by ensuring every user is identified via the app login AND each equipment via a QR Code scan.

Plant Identification

Fuellox runs on a Smartphone phone, and makes use of all the other advantages the smartphone provides. Traditional Fuel Management does not have these capabilities. Fuellox allows you to scan QR Codes to identify equipment.

Unless the vehicle has a QR Code attached there is nothing to scan. There is no way to start the fuel pump.

Project Based Reporting

uellox allows you to collect additional data with each refuelling event. Many customers find this useful, to collect details of how much fuel each project is using.

Capturing Project Data is totally optional. Just Add new projects and archive your old ones and the Fuellox App maintains a list of relevant project data for your users. Project selection can be optional or enforced to your users.

The Fuellox Reporting interface provides a quick summary of Monthly (shown) or Weekly Fuel usage by Project.

This feature is unique to Fuellox and substantially improves all project fuel costing processes and eliminates additional office admin.
