Hardware Sync & Data Audit

For a quick overview of how to verify all your Fuellox data from Hardware to Cloud, watch this short video.

• Log into the Fuellox App.

• Go to the Settings Page.

• Click the Maintenance Button. If you don’t have one, we may need to enable this feature for you or your users.

• Connect to the Fuellox hardware unit. It’s the same method as if you were to dispense fuel.

• Select a period to synchronise and hit that button.

• The app will sync with your hardware, then with the cloud.

• Click “Back” when you are finished.

• Be sure to stay close to the hardware unit at all times, and ensure you have network coverage.
