Fuellox Risk-Free Trial Terms & Conditions

This Risk-Free Trial Offer (“Offer”) is provided by IOTIQ Pty Ltd (“Fuellox”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to customers (“you”, “your”, “buyer”) who purchase the Fuellox Portable Starter Pack directly from fuellox.com.au or authorised partners. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. Offer Overview

This Offer allows eligible customers in Australia to trial the Fuellox Portable unit with a money-back guarantee, subject to meeting the conditions outlined below.

  • Purchase Price: $3,400 + GST
  • Refund Amount: $3,100 + GST
  • Refund applies to: Fuellox controller unit only
  • Non-refundable items: QR code kit, flow meter, installation accessories and consumables

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 Installation and Commissioning

  • Installation and onboarding must be completed within 30 days of the first day after the delivery date.
  • A first successful fuel dispensing event must occur on or before day 30.

2.2 Usage Requirement

  • A minimum of 50 separate fuel dispensing events must be completed within 60 days of delivery.
  • If onboarding is completed earlier than 30 days, the remaining period up to day 60 is available to complete usage.

2.3 Delivery & Start Date

  • The 60-day trial period begins the day after the delivery date, as verified by the Proof of Delivery (POD) from the freight provider.

2.4 Territory

  • This Offer is valid only for Australian-based customers.

3. Return and Refund Policy

3.1 Return Conditions

  • Refunds will only be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned Fuellox controller.
  • Units must be returned in good working order, free from damage, tampering or unauthorised modification.
  • If the unit is lost, damaged in transit, or not returned, no refund will be issued.
  • If the unit’s electronics are damaged beyond rework or resale, the refund will not be issued.
  • Reasonable wear and tear to the Fuellox enclosure is acceptable. Mounting holes, light dirt, and normal signs of installation are not grounds for refund rejection.

3.2 Return Procedure

  • Return authorisation must be requested in writing via [email protected].
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and safe return.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and verifying returned goods.

4. General Limitations

4.1 Single Redemption

  • Only one Fuellox Portable unit per company is eligible for return under this Offer.
  • Sister companies or entities with shared directors or ultimate beneficial owners are considered a single organisation.

4.2 Subscription Policy After Trial

  • Continued use of the Fuellox unit beyond the trial period will result in automatic renewal on the Fuellox Care subscription plan 12 months after the first use.
  • Customers wishing to switch to the Fuellox Lite plan must notify Fuellox prior to the renewal date.

4.3 Future Purchases

  • Any additional Fuellox units purchased after the trial are treated as standard commercial sales.
  • Appropriate Fuellox subscriptions must be acquired for each unit.

5. Additional Conditions

  • This Offer is made in good faith as an opportunity to evaluate the Fuellox system.
  • Fuellox reserves the right to audit system usage, request logs, and validate all data used to determine refund eligibility.
  • Attempts to manipulate, falsify or bypass usage requirements will void the Offer.
  • This Offer is governed under the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  • Fuellox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the trial, installation, or use of the Fuellox system.

7. Trial Conduct & Completion

  • Customers are expected to engage in the trial in good faith. This includes making reasonable attempts to install, commission, and use the Fuellox unit as intended.
  • Claims based on “difficulty” or “inconvenience” without evidence of having sought support will not be accepted.
  • Fuellox does not expect units to be returned. Most customers will choose to continue with their system post-trial. If the trial is not completed, customers are welcome to retain and continue using the system with a valid subscription.
  • Customers who return the Fuellox controller for refund agree that all associated usage data may be deleted from Fuellox servers upon refund completion. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up or export their data prior to initiating return.
  • There will be no extension to the 60-day trial period under any circumstance, except in the case of force majeure events as defined in our Terms of Sale.

8. Support

Fuellox provides full technical support to trial customers throughout the 60-day trial period. Customers are expected to:

  • Contact Fuellox for support if they encounter any issues with installation, setup, or app usage
  • Make reasonable and timely efforts to resolve any issues that may prevent trial completion

Failure to seek help or respond to support outreach does not constitute valid grounds for refund or extension.
